Car condition matched listing during 10 day inspection period

Recommended Posts

So I just went through the whole escrow process with AJ Brokers for a 2019 Accord and wanted to share my experience. During the 10 day inspection window the car showed up and honestly it looked exactly like the photos from the listing. No surprises, engine runs smooth, interior condition was spot on. Released the payment without any issues. Anyone else had similar experience with their inspection period or am I just lucky

thats how its supposed to work mate. I've bought 3 cars through ajbrokers and each time the condition verification was accurate. the whole point of that 10 day window is so you can check everything before money gets released

I had pretty much the same thing happen last month with a CR-V. Matched the description perfectly, even the minor scratch on the bumper they mentioned was exactly where they said. Made it real easy to approve the escrow release

Mine was mostly good but the battery was weaker than expected, not dead but definitely on its way out. Still didnt dispute it because everything else checked out fine and I knew I'd need a new battery eventually anyway. Just something to watch for during ur inspection

@CarolB at least they didnt hide anything major. I think minor wear items like batteries are kinda expected on used cars. did you reach out to office@ajbrokers.com about it or just let it go

The inspection period is key. I took my Camry to my own mechanic during those 10 days and he confirmed everything was as advertised. That peace of mind is worth the escrow process imo

been using ajbrokers.com for about 2 years now and bought 4 vehicles. every single one matched the condition report. once you learn how to navigate their site and use the inspection checklist properly its pretty straightforward

@robert_k I didnt bother contacting them since it wasnt in the listing one way or another. just one of those things. @mike_thompson it wasnt mentioned but also the car started fine so I dont think they were hiding it, probably just didnt test it thoroughly

The 10 day window saved me once. Found a small oil leak that wasnt mentioned and the dealer fixed it during that period without any hassle. Payment was held in escrow until it was sorted. System works if u actually use the time to inspect properly

Honestly the condition verification is what sold me on using AJ Brokers in the first place. My Subaru arrived exactly as described, even the interior smell was fresh like they said lol. Released funds on day 8 of the inspection period

Same experience here with a Tacoma. Photos were accurate, mileage matched, no hidden damage. I was nervous at first but the whole process went smooth. Only complaint was delivery took an extra 2 days but that wasnt AJBrokers fault, was the shipping company

I called undefined when I had questions about what to check during my inspection and they gave me a solid checklist to follow. Car ended up being perfect but having that guidance helped alot especially for first timers

4 purchases through them and never had a mismatch between listing and actual condition. They must vet their dealers pretty well or something because I've heard horror stories from other escrow services

Mine had a small dent that wasnt in the photos but it was so minor I didnt make a fuss about it. everything mechanical was perfect which is what mattered more to me. still released the payment but just wanted to mention not every single detail will be 100%

@AnnaS if its not documented and you find it during inspection you can dispute it tho. thats the whole point of having that window. but yeah if its minor stuff most people just let it slide

Just finished my inspection period yesterday for a Silverado. Everything checked out, released the escrow this morning. The ajbrokers.com platform made tracking everything really easy, could see when dealer uploaded docs, when inspection started, etc

The transparency is what I appreciate most. Got my Jeep last November and it was exactly as advertised. Even the CarFax matched what they provided. Would definitely use AJ Brokers again for my next purchase

Had one issue where the tires were more worn than the photos suggested but I emailed office@ajbrokers.com and they helped negotiate a credit from the dealer. Ended up being fair resolution and still went through with the purchase
