I was annoyed bc I paid good money for this thing. Filed a dispute ticket and honestly wasnt sure what to expect. Had a client use them and there was transmission fluid leak not mentioned in listing. They held funds until dealer fixed it properly. Used them twice, second time there was minor interior wear not shown in pics and they mediated it well. They dont just side with the dealer automatically like some services do.
